A great example of the sophistication of our methods is demonstrated through a complex program we are building for a client in the Northern Territory. Our task is to set up an web-based management system that measures client recovery. This task can only be undertaken by a team with the right blend of academic and practical expertise. It demands a detailed and extensive knowledge of research methods and design. The measurement tool is unique in Australia and will enable TEAMHealth to evaluate a patient’s progress. This tool will also allow TEAMHealth to evaluate the effectiveness of a range of programs over the short and long term. Improving client recovery and improving mental health is a key area of need in the Northern Territory and Australia. This program is aiming to help the industry manage the essential transition from rehabilitation readiness to recovery.
